Review: Made predominately from Paso Robles grapes, the
wine is full-bodied and silky yet robust with aromas of black cherry and plum
and a palate of blackberry, raspberry and blueberry jam laced with vanilla and
toast.
My
Review: The wine had a dark red color. The smell was surprisingly fruity
with hints of cherry and plum. The taste was backed up the cherry scent and
fruitiness overall. The alcohol was very noticeable as the wine had a hot after
bite. I enjoyed the wine.
I did not have food with the wine.
